Confused

I never really "came out" to myself as pansexual before I told any of my friends. It just sort of came out when they asked. Now I've no clue if I actually am pan or if I said it to subconciously try to fit in and not because I liked a girl. I'm literally so confused right now that I'm not even certain I'm confused. It's all surreal
