Confused

My Girlfriend is confusing me. I just wish I knew what to do, she is allways deppressed about somthing. I will be chating with her for like 5min and she will say ' I wanted to see you today....but Nevermind' And I am like WHAT!? she says nevermind again. I am trying to help her, her life has been really hard, and I keep trying to get information out of her, trying to get her to talk about her troubles. Should I keep on her for info? or should I leave her alone? ~ John
