I have been seeing someone for 3 months who I think I could potentially have serious feelings for. I can tell that he's not opposed to a relationship, but he's not at a point where he's ready to see how a relationship fits into his life just yet. So I lied and told him I'm dating someone else. My lie seems to have amplified his attraction to me, and he's starting to get more serious about me now. But I feel extremely guilty for telling him a lie to make this happen.
