Salesman advised me to buy a wireless mouse for my computer. It was incompatible with my computer, which was not bluetooth equipped. When I returned to the store to exchange the mouse for a USB wireless, the manager refused to take the mouse back with my receipts and original packaging because I had cut out the proof of purchase for a $10.00 rebate. The company and its executives have been unresponsive for two months.
