complex technologies (slender tone)

i bought a slender tone(ab belt).sometime in january, they send me a extra belt so i send it back (ups).i recieved a confirmation letter saying they recieved the product,from (ups).now almost 9 months later complex technologies sends me a letter saying i owe them 82.95. so i call them tring to resolve problem instead they say they can not do anything about the problem.if i dont have the confirmation letter.so i basically got robbed 82.95!!!!!!!
