complaints and no return calls from vendor

I have trying for 10 months to get Jordans to replace carpets which were installed and are not dyed correctly, called shading, where it varies from dark to light from side to side on roll. Four people have come to my home five times all agreeing it is a faulty carpet and that it will be replaced 'in two weeks' etc. and nobody shows up and nobody will return my calls.
