Complaint about complaint system

I would like to complain about the way we (as society) go about the way we complain!!! i feel that complaint systems are very much outdated, and they dont take into account the persons emotions and accomodate the need to feel satisfied, once having complained!!!! I am currently re-designing a new public complaint service(physical and local,not via the internet), and i would appreciate any ideas from yourselves (as the public)in ways in which you would like tyo be able to express your complaints!!!!!!!!!
