I want to complain about complaining methods! first there is the automated call centres! what a load of rubbish, we are not robots! You can never get a satisfactory response unless your face to face and going mental! What is the way forward? How can we express our feelings in a more effective way gaining self satisfaction as well as knowing our complaints have been heard?
