complainers

I believe that a lot of people complain for a reason which if your not happy with some thing or it is broken fair enough. When the company or buisness treat you unfairly again i agree there is a right to complain. I do think though that there are some people who will go out of there way to find any reason what so ever to complain about some thing just to get there money back. I think that is appalling ??????
