My fiancee recently put two new tires on our van. When He got home he parked and and didn't drive it for a day. He came to my parents to pick up myself and two small children. While driving down the road the right front tire fell off(one that the tire shop put on). No one was injured thankfully. We were stranded for 4 hours. The tire shop has paid for towing, fired employee, and repairs to van. We have called the main ofice and spoke to the owner. We wanted to tell him who was involved and give him a discription of the evening. He said that he would get a hold of the manager at the store and compinsate us for being stranded. Then he hung up. We have not heard from him since. We have left two messages so far, and have heard nothing from the owner of the company. I want to be compinsated for the inconvience. Should I get compinsated for inconvience???
