My commplaint is about Commtel Systems Ltd which is a telecoms business. We signed up for what we thought and was told to be a £85 payment each month, this was to include phone equipment line rentals and 2000 free minutes a month. After signing a contract for £85 a month we then received bills for line rentals and call charges. We made it very clear to sales person that does the £85 a month include equipment line rental and calls which more than 3 occasions he said would. We only have word of mouth from salesman and now we have a 5 year contract for equipment charge and bills monthly. We were very clear what we getting charged from BT and signed up for this deal to save money (£55.00 a month against our BT bill) yet it is definately now not to be the case. After countless phone calls and none returned we have to do everything in writing which is a lot of waisted time and they still don't seem to understand the problem we have.
