When staying at the Comfort Inn in San Diego the roof leaked, lights did not have bulbs, valve in the shower was installed backwards. The room rate was $99.00 per night for a dive. When it borught to the night clerks attention he did not offer a refund or even a reduction in room costs. Gave me the managers card and basically told me tough crap.
