COMCAST SERVICE IS THE WORST

I signed up with Comcast for Cable Internet two (2) months ago. From day ONE I was not able to get on line and at times when I was able to, it was slower than dial-up (2mbps) Five (5) service calls later and NUMEROUS bull crap reasons later, and just about TWO months later they fixed the problem after I ORDERED the guy to replace the modem............ Instead of running new underground cable to the house, and numerous other attempts, wouldn't one think of changing out a 5 year old modem first. Where do they get their training. In additon, they were to give me a credit for the two months of piss poor service. This also took a ton of phone calls to resolve. Comcast got too big, to fast and they don't give a crap. Well, I am dumping them and moving on. Maybe if enough people pull the plug Comcast will learn to look out for the consumer......
