We're on our 5th DVR box in 3 months! Motorola has a terrible DVR unit and Comcast knows it! All they do is replace the defective box with a new defective one. I can't believe they get away with this type of poor quality product! It rarely responds to the remote control properly OR Quickly. The delay time drives us CRAZY!
