Collins College Scams

Collins College is scamming parents, students, and senior citizens. They gave my grandson a contract to sign for a laptop computer for $3,300. When I checked with the computer companies they said the cost of those computers for colleges were: between $1,100 to the maximum of $1,700. Every student has to sign that contract. When I asked the Dean of Students to justify the difference; I got the BIGGEST RUN-AROUND possible. The AZ Attorney Generals Office is well aware of this scam!
