Collections Illegal

Sallie Mae Student Lending has attached MY debt to my mother and grandmother's credit report! they are NOT co=signers! they also start calling at 8:00 in the morning and dont stop until around 9 or 10 that night, EVERY 30 minutes! i have already informed them that a payment has been sent and they DEMAND a check by phone! threatening me about court and such as that! They break all the laws for debt collection and tell me that law doesn't pertain to them! I can't find anyone who can help me put the law on them! I'm tired of the harrassment!
