DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH COLDWELL BANKER IN NORTHERN B.C. CANADA. Those guys are dirty rotten crooks .They cant be honest about anything.They are liars.Some of them have done jail time in other provinces for realestate fraud.If they bring a potential buyer to your house they try to charge you 1200$ and call it a finders fee.They are underhanded.They will tell you what you want to hear to make a sale.Do not trust them.
