Coins purchased not promised.

On December 23rd, 2003, I worked with a representative of Concept Marketing International and he was collecting members for a business opportunity. I paid him $200.85 (in cash) and he assured me that HE was going to have to get it into a money order because the company did not take cash. I was then given my copies of the SIGNED CONTRACT that I signed and the representative signed. The business was to acquire 'American Eagle Silver Bullion Coins' and to have a monthly fee taken out of my account. I was GIVEN the package information concerning debt reduction program. I NEVER received the 'promised' coins. I tried to explain to Concept Marketing International (CMI) that I have ALL the supporting documents that I received as a new member and heard from CMI only once of my complaint. I contacted the Better Business Bureau in July 2002 but to no avail. Recently I contacted Better Business Bureau again but the company failed to issue a response be the deadline so the case was dropped. CMI insisted that they never received my money but I have proof that I was indeed a member by my signed copies of all documents. I sent a copy of my signed copy to Ms. Cromartie on March 21st, 2005. If I didn't pay any money ... HOW COULD I HAVE A SIGNED COPY OF MY CONTRACT AND A NEW MEMBER'S PACKET???? To this date of June 2006, CMI has failed to even try to resolve this matter. I paid the $200.85 and never, never received the coins and have had nothing but problems in resolving this issue.
