Clean4less order

A friend of mine ordered a storage shed off of the clean4less.com website for over a thousand dollars. She then found out that the shed would not meet her local building codes so she attempted to cancel the order. Their return policy stated the shed was non-returnable but the website did state that orders can be canceled. The cancel policy does NOT state what time frame you are given to cancel an order though. After filing a dispute with Citi Card, she was credited only a partial refund and they kept $210 restock fee as well as $150 shipping fee even though the website only charges $58 for shipping. Citi Card is supposed to work for her yet they have closed this claim without fighting for her money. If the item was never shipped then it is not a return, it is a canceled order and she should not have been charged for restocking or shipping.
