Cingular billing issue

hi, i have been receiving above $400 bill which is not possible. after it happen first month i upgrade my plan from $39.99 to 59.99 still with less usage and double scheme plan my bill came more then before. there are constant yahoo instance message amount is been charge and few call waiting charges which making my call very expensive as they been charged heavy. i hav never used call waiting service even if its been provided for free. one of my friend also hav same problem of call waiting and few calls which mention hav never been done by her. i am not using and yahoo instance message and call waiting facilty on my cell phone.My prevoius bill show yahoo instant message worth of $80. first 2 or 3 month it was free later they started charging with out intimating me. apart i would have send yahoo instance message not more then 15 messages which cost should be $1.5 as per 10c per message (nost $80 as per detail bill) when i try to go back to scheme 39.99 they say i have to again make contract of 1 year which i was not told at the time of promoting the scheme that in future if you down grade u loose few feature like mobile to mobile unlimited calls. they say after 5th ring its counted as 1 call. i believe most of the number which shows on my call detail are right but majorly i get lot of miss call from recruiting company which i dont pick those miss call are also charge to me i assume.
