Cingular has for the past year or 2 every month added additional amounts owed to my current billing cycle. I have payed this past bill due to ATT wireless for months, to cingular when cingular bought it out. Cingular still continues to charge me for an old that has been payed 5 times or plus! I feel cingular owes me money, with these fulse acusations! I keep my minuates under and still each month my bill seems to up. I was told by a customer service that i need to pay this bill in order to bring my monthly bill down. I feel I have been paying on this old phone bill for 2 or more years now.
