Cincinnati Bell - False Promotions

Cincinnati Bell is full of it. They offer false promotions. For example, promo of $20 off bill for next 6 months. However, they never take the amount off your bill. Then each month when you talk to them they note they'll take if off the next month bill. They just keep taking a person in circles.

Cincinnati Bell does give false promotions. They offered me internet 5 meg DLS...super snail slow for 9.99 a month then a few months later slapped me with a 39.99 plus the 9.99 for the same slow service without notice. They keep giving me the run around and will not resolve the problem. They insist that I must pay a early termination fee to stop this terrible service that I did not even agree too. Scam!
