Cigna Health Insurance

Cigna Health Insurance is dragging their feet on paying a benefit, and I feel Im getting the run around because of wording. I scheduled a simple test and they say they wont pay because of the coding. I have requested the doctors office to change and they did, but Cigna still is denying the payment.
