China can use it's liquidity to buy WMD's and then present a formidable threat to the world. It already has the largest army in the world now. Some day China will be the most powerful superpower, as The USA and Soviet Union were once. The USA is rapidly declining and Russia is a paper tiger. The West seems to be playing right into China's hands.
