children that wont leave home

My son and d-inlaw, 2 children and a dog have moved into our home for a few months (14 months ago)while they are having a home built. The first home that was built they didn't like and have chosen a different home in a different community still in building stages. Closing was to be June 30th and now possibly Aug 22nd. My bills have tripled, my home and belongings are being detroyed. I love them to pieces but I am at wits end.
