My sons wife went out on a drinking binch and my son reported a missing peron report and when they came to the house the CPS was calle din because the house was a mess partially due to the city sewarge baking up into the house. My grandson was left with the grand parents during this time. The CPS filed a report saying my Grandson was negleted, Anything but is true the child is well nutioned and was staying at the grandparents through this time. My son then called the CPS workers to see whAt he could do to have ihis wife put into a rehab and they took custody of my grand son that still was staying with the grand parents. Mike has coplied with everything they have requested but CPS still refuses to budge and admit they made a mistake and now the will not let the 4 tear old stay at there house either. When visting they grandparents the y have an allocation from 17 years ago that was never tried before a judge or atleast with the grandparents notifaction, My grandson was then taken out of my house due this 17 year old complaint from our at the time 14 year old daughter who now says the comlaint never happen it was just away to stay in the syatem that allowed her to stay out untill 10 pm and smoke cig. at 15. ther is so mucj to right but you may get the picture of whats going on.
