We where just about to split up. Separation was planned. I screwed up and slept with someone that I will never see again. Things at home are improving and I don't want to lose my wife. My wife is not a nice person at all. Up to this pint I have treated her very well. But this was my fault.

If your never seeing her again don't say anything it might make things worse if you tell her.
