Chase Credit Cards

I paid off my Chase credit card balance in June 2006. Having a credit card surplus I asked for a check be sent to me a week later. Now they send me a bill for 2 weeks in June for a financail charge that they did not up date before the sent a check for the surplus amount. THIS ACCOUNTING BUSINESS PRACTICE IS LUDICROUS! CHASE IS IN BUSINESS FOR REST AND RELAXTION. ALSO QUESTIONABLE ACCOUNTING PRACTICES THAT MAY BOARDER LINE.
