Chase bank does everything it can to get you on board with over zelous advertising on how great they are in customer service and caring. Just the opposite, Get a high balance and they treat you with contempt. They have a JUST SAY NO POLICY to requests to lower credit terms, they hike rates and charge fees at a drop of a hat. Chase chases away customers, They are the worst I've ever delt with.
