Charleston Homes a builder located in Rockwood, Ontario is not what the appear. They refused to complete our custom home unless we paid many $10,000's over in extras which were included in our contract. We agreed to pay funds and argue about amounts later and they refused to complete the home under these terms. They immediately placed a lien on our land when we do not owe them any money. They actually owe us many $10,000's. Please be carefull as we are not the only ones that have had a problem. Please check subdivison in Erin, Ontario.
