
charges in error

I am complaining about charges to my American Express account. I received an appointment book from their inhouse publishing company. I did not order this book so I returned it per their instructions (unopened). Now, it has been over two years and they still won't remove the $60.00 charge plus all the 'Late Charges'. I asked that my account be closed when their customer service person could not speak in clear English and refused to transfer me to someone else who could. Now, AmEx has turned this account over to a collection agency and refuses to remove these charges or resolve this issue. I hate this company and it's arrogant service reps who offer no service at all!!
