I HAVE BEEN A PAYING MEMBER OF AOL FOR OVER 10 YEARS, WHENEVER THEY INTRODUCE A NEW CONCEPT THEY SCREW IT UP...AND THE PAYING USERS TAKE THE BRUNT, NOT ONLY AM I HAVING TROUBLE ACCESSING MY MAIL, BUT WHEN I GET TO IT, STRANGE ERROR MESSAGES EMERGE. I WAS TROUBLESHOOTING TONIGHT, AND GOT CUT OFF BY TECH SUPPOT BECAUSE I WAS TRYING THEIR SUGGESTION AND IT WASN'T WORKING....AOL SHOULD HIRE AN OUTSIDE STRATEGIC PLANNING FIRM BECAUSE YOU HAVEN'T GOTTEN IT RIGHT YET....I HAVE FINALLY REACHED MY LIMIT, AND YOU ARE LOSING YET ONE MORE PAYING CUSTOMER...TO BE HONEST, IT YOUR TECHS WERE NOT SO CONDESCENDING, I COULD UNDERSTAND, BUT SOMEONE IN THE C SUITE NEEDS TO REALIZE ITS aol, NOT THE CUSTOMER MAKING MISTAKES.
