Worst customer service ever. I have been waiting for a repair on a faulty installation for over two months. Three seperate employees are aware of the faulty window- (one even came to look at it and admitted it was wrongly installed). We have called and even spoken to the ownder, yet nothing has happened. I think our next step will be to get ugly. I hate that.
