Cellphone abuse

I am growing increasingly fed up with the number of people who drive and talk on their cell phones at the same time. I am very nervous that I will be the victim in an automobile accident, because the other driver was so distracted that they couldn't control their vehicle and continue their conversation simultaneously. There was life before cell phones and people managed to communicate when they reached their destination. This is going to end up as a legal issue, like banning cigarette smoking in public places, but I think a lot of people are going to be hurt before that happens.
