the cell phones wear out before the two year upgrade is available. there are a ton of dropped calls. the companies have you in every way. the costco verizon rep told me I didn't need insurance and could return the phone at any time for another one. went to do it and sure enough he's been fired and they won't honor what he said. has this happened to anyone else?
