I just bought a new cell phone. Since I bought the phone my service, voice mail ,and phone calls seem to be a hit or miss problem. I spent 3 weeks with the tech support people @ Alltel trying to work out the problem. The last tech looked over the previous call and told me to take the phone back. I went to the store and they said it was over 30 days and I would have go to the manufacture. I explained I had been working with the Alltel support people and ALLTEL said to bring it back. Get this. The manager took my phone number and said she would have her tech's look over my calling patterns and see what they could find. If she did not call me back everything was fine. Oh yea. She was blond. I am calling my credit card company and dispute the charge because the phone is defective and needs replaced.
