Celebration Cinema

I have been a loyal customer or Celebration Cinema (Grand Rapids MI) for the past 5 years. I actually drive 30 minutes out of my way to see movies at Celebration Cinema, when I could have drove 5 mins down the street to see a movie at Cinemark. Last Night, I attempted to see a movie and the staff was rude, inconsiderate, made slanderous accusations and kicked us out of the movie before the previews even started. The general manager assumed that we were drunk, when in fact we were not even drinking that night. I will agree that we were being loud during the advertisement slides, but nothing more then just talking and having a good time. Then one of your staff members, before the previews even began (even before the commercials began), had us leave the theater. When we asked why, he said because that was their choice. We told him that we understand we were loud and we were not going to be that way during the movie or even the preview. And he just said, he didn't care and it was there choice. It wasn't until we talked to the general manager, who was also rude, disrespectful and wouldn't give us any real reason either, that we found out the 'thought' we were intoxicated. Which was totally untrue? I can understand kicking people out of a theater when they are being loud and disrespectful during the movie or previews, we were neither. The staff never warned us, asked us to be quite during the advertisements slides, nothing. I was a loyal customer of Celebration, now I will never attend one of your theaters again. Nor will anyone I know, or anyone I work with. I work for a large company and believe me word of mouth will spread. I shocked that celebration cinema staff can judge people because they don't like the person's personality (and probably even race) just because an employee is having a power trip. I have been in movies at celebration where people were being a lot worse then we were. I have even been to a movie at this theater where people were throwing things and drinking alcohol in front of me. Not once, did they remove these people from the theater, even after I complained. The fact the removed us based on a false assumption before they even started screening the previews was wrong.
