The people who operate this website and business are unbelievably arrogant and not the least bit interested in customer service. In order to return a product order they provide you with a list of MUST-DO items and request that you label your return package with the 'code' 'peace-nowar' in order for them to accept the return. Who do they think they are to impose their policital beliefs on their customers? I don't recommend that anyone do business with the website www.catfaeries.com.
