
catalogue commission

I have been a agent with a top home catalogue for around 20 years now and had no problem claiming my commission up until 7 months ago. The catalogue is asking me to fill in a credit agreement form before they will resume my commission. I understand it is only new agents who are required to do this. Any agent with the same amount of years experiance as myself don't seem to have this problem. Has anyone else came across this same problem.
