I bought contract phone from Carephonewarehouse and they promised to give 4 months free line rental as cashback, after 4 months I sent my cashback form and it was returned back to me saying I have claimed before my eligible time, I tried to contact them by phone & fax but no reply so after few weeks I send them back this time I was told the eligible time has expire so no more cashback. I will never again by any phone from CWH.
