Beware (& run fast) from the infomercial Ron LeGrand's & Russ Whitney's Cash Flow Generator seminars.......first they invite you to a FREE seminar, where they entice you with buying a 3-day real estate investment seminar for $199. Once you're at the 3-day seminar, they continue to 'upsale' you on their further education courses in several different cities, especially Florida (where they are based out of Cape Coral/Ft. Meyers, FL) and as I understand from my research, put the pressure on you to 'invest' in their Florida 'land development/new construction efforts.' Can we say, 'There's a sucker born every minute!'? Run away as fast as you can from this VERY clever sales scheme!!!
