Carrier Puron AC coils are so cheaply made, they barely last 5 years before springing leaks that are unrepairable. Beware and do not buy Carrier. They pass it off in their infamous 'white paper report' as being caused by too many pollutants in overly insulated homes, which destroys the coil. And they think we believe this? Cheap coils made from inferior metals is the problem........and consumers pick up the tabs again. Lennox does not have this problem. DON'T BUY CARRIER
