Anyone thinking about purchasing from Carphone Warehouse? Well, if you care about how you may be treated if your purchase is faulty, then don't! They will find any excuse in the book not to adhere to the law and replace or refund. They will instead, rob you of your phone to repair it, which can take up to two weeks, and NO they will not offer you a replacement whilst they do this! Terrible service.....Go elsewhere, the extra couple of quid that you may have to pay is worth it.
