custmer service is very,very poor and you can not get a truthful answer from any of their staff. We are trying to cancel our broadband with them, we have cancelled the broadband and we need a MAC code to move to another company, we were told 5 days, that was 20 days ago, 4 phone calls, e.mails and many hours sat on the telephone trying to get through to custmer service for an answer, which when we finally got too speak to someone, they fed us lies about they had problems with their phone lines and computers. ( hello are they not a company who supplies this?) please everyone don't go with this company......
