Carpet Installation

Complaining about Home Depot. I paid big money to have a new carpet installed. The bastards came and fitted it in my new house and it looks like garbage. The corners are lifting and the edges are fraid. I called Home Depot to complain and they informed me to put it in a complaint letter bastards! It's been nearly two months and I've heard nothing back.
