carpet delamination with carpet from Home Depot, manufactured by Beaulieu. No one wants to take responsibility. Are you aware that carpet (according to them should be cleaned every 6 -12 months. Well there are two adults in our house, we don't wear shoes in the house, neither do our guests. Our carpet is 22 months old and we have been fighting with Home Depot and Beaulieu since it was installed. Now their latest is that we have no claim because we did'nt have the carpet cleaned within the time frame that they suggest. The backing on the carpeting that we received is totally different than the backing and adhesive that is on the carpeting that was installed in our house. Their excuse was that those things can differ. You bet they can, especially when the use clay to thin the latex to get more yield out of the amount of latex that they use to secure the secondary backing (web) to the back of the woven carpet. What could we the uneducated public possible know ????? eeeeeekkkkkkkk State Attorney General is my next letter. DO NOT BUY Beaulieu carpeting, and DO NOT buy carpeting from HOME DEPOT. Educate yourself before spending your hard earned money.
