Hertford Peugeot Sold me a 206cc. They took my deposit, said Id have the car by mid July at latest. WRONG!!! They said i could have the car 2nd week in August (2weeks before new reg.) I sais id wait till 1st September. They told me i might have to pay more. AS IF!!! I picked my car up 1st...Multi CD player not finished (they didnt have the right parts), glove box hanging off( said theyd do that when they did cd player 4 days later). AND.... the door trim was hanging off at one end (but I didnt notice that till I got home...phoned them..'thats fine'! Hertford peugeout agreed to call me and inform me every step of the way....but I have done nothing but chase them up! I am still waiting for my car to be done...a £16,000.00 car!! Now they got the money they dont care. I booked my car in last tuesday, not being able to make the time I called, 'oh, we cant doit today any ways, we need 24 hrs, but you'll have to wait 3 weeks before you can have a courtesy car, because we're busy, and you'll have to pay for your insurance cover on the car'!!! What a load of rubbish. I've paid for an unfinished, broken car that they won't fix for a month, and i'll have to pay for insurance. This dealership is a joke!!!
