Car Repair Rip Off

I had a family member who was having problems with her car so she went to an Amocco Station since it was nearby to get it repaired. When she found out how much they were going to charge , she did'nt want their service but they had already started taking her car apart and told her she can't get her car until she pay up. They were trapping her into paying them.
