Ace Car Rental at LAX. I rented a car from them and when I was going out to see if there were scratches or dents the girl said don't worry about it because we don't care if there small scratches or dents. I didn't take the extra coverage out. I was pulling out the same time another car pulled out and we tapped each other. I called my insurance to let them know even though there was NO marks on the bumper. The other car took off so we didn't even change insurance. Well this turned into a big problem. Ace car rental said I did over 800.00 in damage. I took pictures with my camera and there wasn't even a mark. My insurance took care of so much then Discover card paid 500.00. Then the 200.00 for estimates and administrators fee was my responsibility. I think Ace rental made the estimate up because they knew about the incident. They have lost my business. I go to LA at least 4-6 times a year. So in the long run they have lost. So whom ever reads this make sure you don't rent from ACE car rental.
