A minor car accident in which no one was hurt and the cause was admitted and not in doubt is now (Nov 06) 15 months old with no repayment of excess and two subsequent renewals at a higher rate as the 'no claims' issue has not been resolved. How much longer do they want ???? My cost up to now is over £625.00 in excess / interest / higher premiums and I was not even in my car when it was hit and the culprit came and told me and admitted it was his fault. How difficult is this ?....
